south bank spacious room friendly staff tasty breakfast
I found the location excellent for exploring South Bank. The room was spacious and quiet. I appreciated the friendly staff that I found helpful and attentive. The tasty breakfast was definitely a plus for starting the day.
The lifts had issues with only one working. This was inconvenient though I understand things happen, of course.

i appreciated the manhattan industrial style. the dark sultry ambiance was especially appealing. the responsive thermostat allowed for rapid temperature adjustments. its location offers convenient access to the jubilee line and nearby attractions like borough market and the thames.
i found that i expected a touch better cleanliness for the price i paid.

quick access limited wardrobe
the location allows quick access to nearby attractions. staff promptly addressed my requests for extra towels. the in-room safe was easy to use. i had simple access to borough market.
the location was convenient with easy access to southwark station tate modern and southbank. i appreciated the design of the room and bathroom it felt both ergonomic and comfortable. the reception staff were accommodating and found me an available room early in the morning which was very helpful
i found the absence of an iron in the room inconvenient. i would have preferred an iron over the steamer provided. i did not ask if one was available though

the staff was very cute and lovely during my special weekend celebration. i really liked how the reception staff didn't want me to wait until check-in time. they found me an available room at 9 a.m. which was wonderful

pleasant atmosphere modern decor comfortable bed
the radio played upon arrival creating a pleasant atmosphere the room decorations matched the photos exactly the bathroom decor was stylish and modern. the bed was particularly comfortable an uncommon find in hotels the thermostat responded well quickly adjusting the room's temperature.
the restaurant closed relatively early this was somewhat inconvenient.
